Rudolph J. Meola


Rudy is a graduate of Albany Law School and he was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1992. He earned a B.A. in History from Hamilton College.

Rudy is a frequent lecturer on automotive finance related topics including combating title fraud, stopping garage lien abuses and creditor strategies for efficient vehicle recovery. 

Rudy enjoys saber fencing, weightlifting, and creative writing


John M. Dubuc

Associate Attorney

John is a graduate of Albany Law School and he was admitted to the New York Sate Bar in 2000. He earned a B.A. in Political Science from SUNY Albany.

John has over 20 years of experience as a practicing commercial litigation attorney specializing in garageman’s lien and civil forfeiture litigation, creditor’s rights, recovery of secured collateral, bankruptcy law and real property transactions. He has regularly represented numerous national automotive finance lenders, as well as local banks and credit unions. In addition, he has extensive courtroom and oral advocacy experience, including first chair trial experience. 

When not practicing law, John enjoys weightlifting, target shooting, carpentry, volunteering for school district activities and spending time with his wife and children.


Wendy Meola

Practice Manager/Paralegal

Wendy is the key contact for clients. She oversees billing, compliance, human resources, IT, marketing and general office operations.  Wendy also facilitates vehicle impound releases with various law enforcement agencies. 

Wendy holds an MBA from the College of St. Rose in Albany and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire. She has over 25 years of experience in financial services marketing. Wendy’s recreational interests include tennis and theatre. She serves as Chairperson of Marketing Committee for Capital Roots.
